Job Description

Quantum Intelligence is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Charging Station Operator to manage day-to-day operations at QI EV Charging Stations across India.

The operator will assist EV customers, operate charging equipment, monitor charging sessions, handle basic troubleshooting and maintain the cleanliness, safety and smooth functioning of the charging station.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor EV charging stations
• Assist customers with EV charging
• Start, stop and monitor charging sessions
• Handle basic charger-related issues
• Check charging cables, connectors and equipment
• Monitor charging status and charging time
• Assist customers with digital payments
• Maintain daily charging and sales records
• Handle cash/POS transactions where applicable
• Maintain station cleanliness and organization
• Follow electrical and EV charging safety procedures
• Report technical faults to the service engineer
• Coordinate with QI technical/support team
• Assist during EV breakdown/service requirements
• Maintain customer service standards
• Monitor station equipment and report abnormalities
• Support battery exchange operations where applicable
• Follow opening/closing and shift procedures
• Maintain basic inventory and consumables
• Support smooth daily operation of the QI EV Hub

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment
• Basic computer/mobile app knowledge
• Customer handling skills
• Basic understanding of EV charging
• Ability to operate POS/digital payment systems
• Good communication skills
• Responsible and punctual
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Ability to work at highway/roadside locations
• Basic English/Hindi/local language knowledge preferred

💰 Salary

₹15,000 per month

Job Description

Quantum Intelligence is looking for an experienced EV On-Call Service Engineer / Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and repair services for electric cars, bikes, scooters, autos and e-rickshaws.

The engineer will respond to customer service calls, diagnose EV electrical and mechanical faults, perform on-site repairs and provide technical support from the QI Highway EV Service Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle on-call EV breakdown and roadside service
• Diagnose EV electrical, electronic and mechanical problems
• Perform battery and BMS diagnostics
• Diagnose motor, controller and wiring faults
• Inspect charging systems and charging-related issues
• Conduct battery health/SOH checks
• Perform basic repair and preventive maintenance
• Support electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers and cars
• Visit customer locations for doorstep service
• Maintain service records and digital job reports
• Coordinate with QI Service Centre and technical team
• Identify parts required for repairs
• Follow EV battery and high-voltage safety procedures
• Provide professional customer service
• Support emergency highway breakdown assistance

• EV troubleshooting experience
• Electrical and electronic diagnostics
• Battery/BMS knowledge
• Motor and controller knowledge
• Wiring and electrical fault finding
• Multimeter and diagnostic-tool operation
• Two-wheeler/three-wheeler EV repair experience
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel for field service
• Valid driving licence preferred

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
