2. ELIGIBILITY

5. ELECTRIC VEHICLE PERFORMANCE
For electric vehicles, actual performance may vary depending upon:

- Battery condition
- Vehicle maintenance
- Charging practices
- Road conditions
Advertised range, charging time, speed, mileage, and performance figures should therefore be treated as indicative unless expressly stated as a certified specification.

6. PRICES
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the displayed price may not include:
- GST or other applicable taxes
- Vehicle registration charges
- Road tax
- Insurance
- Transportation or delivery charges
- Accessories
- Installation
- Finance/loan charges
- Processing fees
- Other statutory or third-party charges
The final price payable by the customer will be stated in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, or invoice.
Quantum Intelligence reserves the right to change prices, offers, specifications, and promotional schemes subject to applicable law.
7. ONLINE BOOKING AND ORDER
Submitting an online booking or order request does not automatically create a binding obligation on Quantum Intelligence to supply the product.
An order shall be considered accepted only when Quantum Intelligence or an authorized seller confirms the order and applicable payment requirements have been completed.
We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in circumstances involving:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or description
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect customer information
- Regulatory or compliance requirements
- Other legitimate business reasons
Where a payment has already been received and the Company cancels an order, the applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
8. BOOKING AMOUNT
Where a booking amount is required:
- The amount will be communicated before payment.
- Booking does not necessarily guarantee immediate delivery.
- Product allocation remains subject to availability.
- Delivery timelines are estimates.
- Cancellation and refund are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, confirmed booking amounts are non-refundable.
9. PAYMENT
Customers must make payments through payment methods authorized by Quantum Intelligence.
We may use third-party payment gateways or financial service providers.
Quantum Intelligence does not store complete card, banking, or payment credentials where such information is processed directly by the payment service provider.
A transaction may be declined or delayed by a payment provider for reasons outside our control.
10. EMI AND FINANCING
Where EMI or financing options are available, financing may be provided by independent banks, NBFCs, or other financing partners.
Quantum Intelligence does not guarantee:
- Loan approval
- Interest rate
- EMI amount
- Loan tenure
- Credit eligibility
- Financing amount
The final financing terms are determined by the relevant financing institution.

11. DELIVERY
Quantum Intelligence may provide:
- Home delivery, where available; and/or
- Delivery through authorized dealers.
Our standard estimated delivery period is 15–30 business days, subject to product availability, payment confirmation, documentation, registration requirements where applicable, logistics, manufacturing schedules, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
12. DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery may be affected by:
- Manufacturing delays
- Transportation disruptions
- Weather
- Government restrictions
- Regulatory requirements
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Supply-chain disruptions
- Force majeure events
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
13. DELIVERY INSPECTION
Customers should inspect the product upon delivery.
Any visible damage, shortage, or apparent discrepancy should be reported to Quantum Intelligence or the authorized dealer as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery, together with photographs and supporting information.
This reporting requirement does not remove or restrict any statutory consumer rights.
14. VEHICLE REGISTRATION, INSURANCE AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
Where applicable, customers are responsible for complying with requirements relating to:
- Vehicle registration
- Insurance
- Driving licence
- Roadworthiness
- Permits
- Number plates
- Local transport requirements
- Other applicable government requirements
Where Quantum Intelligence or an authorized dealer agrees to assist with registration or insurance, the scope and charges will be separately communicated.
15. WARRANTY
Eligible vehicles are covered by a 1-year vehicle warranty, subject to the applicable Warranty Policy.
The original battery supplied with eligible electric vehicles is covered by a 3-year battery warranty, subject to the Battery Warranty Policy.
Warranty coverage is subject to:
- Normal intended use
- Proper maintenance
- Appropriate charging
- Authorized warranty procedures
- Applicable exclusions
Please read the applicable Warranty Policy and Battery Warranty Policy before purchase.
16. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Quantum Intelligence may provide or facilitate after-sales service through authorized dealers, service centres, technicians, or service partners.
Doorstep service may be available in selected locations and is subject to technician availability, product type, service requirements, and geographical coverage.
Customers should follow recommended maintenance and charging procedures.
Unauthorized modification or repair may affect warranty eligibility where permitted by the applicable warranty terms.
17. BATTERY SAFETY
Customers must:
- Use approved chargers.
- Follow charging instructions.
- Avoid unauthorized battery modifications.
- Keep batteries away from unsafe conditions.
- Follow all safety instructions supplied with the product.
Customers must immediately discontinue use and contact an authorized service provider if they observe unusual swelling, overheating, smoke, leakage, burning smell, or other suspected battery abnormalities.
18. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Quantum Intelligence generally follows a No Refund Policy for confirmed purchases and bookings, subject always to:
- Applicable law;
- Any mandatory consumer rights;
- The Company’s published Refund & Cancellation Policy; and
- Any specific written commitment made to the customer.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict a remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
19. DEALERS AND FRANCHISE PARTNERS
Quantum Intelligence may appoint:
- Master Franchise Partners
- District Dealers
- Area Dealers
- Retailers
- Distributors
- Service Partners
- Other authorized business partners
Dealer and franchise arrangements are governed by separate agreements.
Submitting a dealership enquiry or application does not guarantee appointment.
Investment amounts, margins, commissions, incentives, revenue-sharing arrangements, territories, targets, and other commercial terms are subject to the applicable written agreement.
20. DEALER INVESTMENT AND PROFIT DISCLAIMER
Any investment amount, margin, commission, revenue share, sales target, or earning opportunity displayed on the website is for informational purposes unless expressly incorporated into a signed written agreement.
Quantum Intelligence does not guarantee:
- Minimum sales
- Fixed profits
- Guaranteed returns
- Customer footfall
- Dealer earnings
- Recovery of investment
- Territory-specific sales
Actual commercial results depend on market conditions, location, operating costs, sales performance, customer demand, competition, and other factors.
21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights relating to Quantum Intelligence’s:
- Name
- Logo
- Trademarks
- Product names
- Website
- Photographs
- Graphics
- Videos
- Text
- Catalogues
- Designs
- Software
- Marketing materials
belong to Quantum Intelligence or its respective licensors.
No person may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written authorization.
22. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit the content.
- The content is not unlawful.
- The content does not infringe third-party rights.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
For purchased products, the Company’s liability and remedies will also be subject to the applicable product warranty, sale terms, and mandatory consumer protections.
28. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, a user who unlawfully misuses the website or intentionally breaches these Terms agrees to indemnify Quantum Intelligence against reasonable losses, claims, liabilities, and expenses arising directly from such breach or unlawful conduct.
This clause does not impose liability on a consumer for exercising lawful statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory legal remedy or approaching a forum/authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Where there is a conflict, the specific written purchase agreement, invoice, warranty terms, or applicable mandatory law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
