Quantum Intelligence is committed to delivering quality electric vehicles, consumer electronics, and renewable energy products. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage provided with eligible products.
1. Vehicle Warranty
Quantum Intelligence provides a limited warranty of 1 (one) year from the date of delivery or invoice, whichever is earlier, against manufacturing defects in eligible electric vehicles.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. Warranty Covers
Subject to inspection and approval, the warranty may cover:
- Electric motor defects
- Controller defects
- Charger defects (manufacturer defects only)
- Manufacturing defects in the vehicle frame
- Factory-installed electrical components
- Original wiring harness
- Display unit supplied by the Company
3. Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Tyres and tubes
- Brake pads and brake shoes
- Suspension wear
- Paint fading or cosmetic damage
- Accidental damage
- Water ingress caused by misuse
- Fire, flood, lightning, or natural disasters
- Improper charging practices
- Overloading the vehicle
- Racing or commercial misuse beyond intended use
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by non-approved accessories
4. Warranty Claim Process
Customers should:
- Contact the nearest authorized dealer or service centre.
- Provide the purchase invoice.
- Provide the vehicle chassis/serial number.
- Allow inspection by an authorized technician.
Repair or replacement will be carried out at the Company’s discretion if the defect is covered.
5. General Conditions
The warranty is non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing. Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.
