1. Warranty Period
Quantum Intelligence provides a limited warranty of 3 (three) years on the original battery supplied with eligible electric vehicles, commencing from the date of delivery or invoice.
2. Coverage
The battery warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in failure under normal operating conditions.
At the Company’s discretion, the battery may be repaired, refurbished, or replaced with a new or equivalent battery.
3. Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
- Physical damage
- Water damage due to misuse
- Fire or accident
- Improper charging
- Use of unauthorized chargers
- Battery tampering
- Unauthorized opening or repair
- Damage caused by electrical fluctuations
- Negligence or abuse
4. Battery Care
Customers are advised to:
- Use only approved chargers.
- Avoid deep discharge where possible.
- Store the battery in a cool and dry environment.
- Follow the operating instructions supplied with the vehicle.
Failure to follow recommended care instructions may affect warranty eligibility.
5. Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, customers must contact an authorized Quantum Intelligence dealer or service centre with proof of purchase and permit inspection of the battery.
