As a QI Retailer Shop, you can promote and sell Quantum Intelligence electric vehicles and other eligible QI products directly to customers in your local market.
Our retailer model is designed for entrepreneurs who want to establish a local electric-vehicle business with support from a growing technology and mobility brand.
Retailer Shop Investment
Indicative Investment: ₹2,00,000
The proposed investment may include, depending on the applicable retailer programme and agreement:
- Retail outlet setup
- Branding and signage
- Product/display support
- Initial business onboarding
- Sales and marketing support
- Product training
- Basic operational guidance
- Access to Quantum Intelligence product portfolio
- Dealer/retailer onboarding and documentation
Important: The exact investment, inclusions, stock requirements, security deposit, branding charges, working-capital requirements and other commercial terms will be specified in the final Retailer Agreement issued by Quantum Intelligence.
The advertised investment amount does not automatically constitute a guarantee of dealership approval or allotment of a particular territory.
Retailer Revenue Opportunity
Direct Vehicle Sales
Retailers may be eligible for an indicative 5%–7% sales margin on eligible vehicle sales, subject to the applicable model, price, territory, promotional scheme and Retailer Agreement.
Example:
If an eligible vehicle has an applicable sale value of ₹1,00,000 and the applicable retailer margin is 6%, the indicative gross sales margin would be ₹6,000 before applicable expenses, taxes and other costs.

Retailer Application Process
Step 1 – Submit Application
Complete the QI Retailer Shop application form.
Step 2 – Initial Review
QI reviews the applicant’s basic business and location information.
Step 3 – Document Verification
The applicant may be required to provide applicable documents such as:
- PAN
- Aadhaar or other legally acceptable identity document
- Address proof
- Business proof
- GST registration, where applicable
- Shop/property documents
- Bank details
- Photographs of proposed premises
- Other documents reasonably required for due diligence
Step 4 – Location Evaluation
QI may evaluate the proposed location based on:
- Market potential
- Accessibility
- Existing QI network
- Customer demand
- Competition
- Service availability
- Territory considerations
Step 5 – Commercial Discussion
Applicable commercial terms are communicated to the applicant.
Step 6 – Agreement
An approved applicant may be required to execute a formal Retailer/Dealer Agreement.
Step 7 – Outlet Setup
The retailer completes the required shop setup and branding.
Step 8 – Training & Onboarding
The retailer and relevant staff may receive product, sales and operational training.
Step 9 – Business Launch
After completion of applicable onboarding requirements, the retailer may commence authorised operations.
Retailer Responsibilities
Every QI Retailer is expected to:
- Represent the Quantum Intelligence brand professionally.
- Provide customers with truthful and accurate information.
- Follow approved pricing and promotional policies.
- Not make unauthorised promises regarding vehicle performance, range, warranty or delivery.
- Follow applicable vehicle sales and registration requirements.
- Maintain proper customer records.
- Follow warranty and service procedures.
- Protect customer personal information.
- Maintain appropriate business licences and registrations.
- Follow applicable tax and invoicing requirements.
- Use QI trademarks and branding only as authorised.
- Avoid misleading advertisements.
- Maintain reasonable customer-service standards.
- Comply with the Retailer Agreement and company policies.
What Retailers Must NOT Do
A retailer must not, without written authorisation:
- Alter QI branding.
- Make false performance claims.
- Guarantee a specific vehicle range.
- Guarantee government subsidies.
- Promise guaranteed profits to customers.
- Offer unauthorised discounts.
- Modify vehicles in a manner prohibited by QI or applicable law.
- Use counterfeit or unauthorised QI parts.
- Make false warranty commitments.
- Collect unauthorised charges from customers.
- Represent itself as the manufacturer if it is not legally the manufacturer.
- Make investment or income guarantees to prospective retailers.
Territory
Retailer territory, if any, will be determined by Quantum Intelligence and recorded in the applicable agreement.
A retailer should not assume that payment of the proposed investment automatically creates an exclusive territory.
Any exclusivity must be expressly provided in a written agreement.
Pricing
Vehicle prices displayed on the website may change based on:
- Model
- Variant
- Location
- Taxes
- Government regulations
- Transportation
- Insurance
- Registration
- Promotional schemes
- Company pricing revisions
The final customer price should be confirmed through the authorised sales process before accepting the customer’s order.
Finance & EMI
Quantum Intelligence or its retailers may facilitate customer access to financing through eligible third-party financial institutions.
Loan approval is determined by the relevant lender.
QI does not guarantee:
- Loan approval
- Interest rate
- EMI amount
- Loan tenure
- Credit limit
- Disbursement date
Customers should review the lender’s terms before accepting financing.
Government Subsidy
Any government subsidy, incentive or benefit is subject to the applicable law, government scheme, customer eligibility and availability at the relevant time.
Quantum Intelligence and its retailers should not represent any subsidy as guaranteed unless officially confirmed and legally applicable.
